Which portable toilet service fits your job?
The right portable toilet service depends on who uses the unit and for how long. Work crews need weekly cleaning and 28-day billing. Parties and weddings need clean units that arrive before guests and leave after. Seasonal and camper setups stay for months. The table matches each job to its setup, service and bill.

What do work crews and job sites need?
Work crews need portable toilets that stay clean for a full week of heavy use. That means standard units on weekly service, a handwashing station, and billing that runs every 28 days until the job ends. Plants and shutdowns add twice-weekly service and invoices that carry your PO number.
Construction sites
Builders, roofers and remodelers get units sized to OSHA's crew counts, placed where the truck can service them every week. A 3-day roof tear-off does not have to pay for a month. See construction site toilets with OSHA counts.
Industrial plants and yards
Plant shutdowns, warehouses, utility crews and port yards often need several units in one spot. We set clusters with handwashing and service them twice a week. Read about industrial portable restroom clusters.
Living in a camper while you build
Families living in an RV on their lot need a toilet that gets pumped weekly so the black tank is not full every few days. See porta potties for campers and campgrounds.
What do parties, weddings and festivals need?
Parties, weddings and festivals need portable toilets that look clean and stay stocked through the busiest hour. Guests count, hours, alcohol and food set the number of units. A backyard party uses standard units. A wedding often adds flushing units or a trailer. A festival needs clusters and service during the event.
Parties and picnics
Graduation parties, reunions, birthdays and church picnics get Friday delivery and Monday pickup at one flat price. Plan yours with the event porta potty guide.
Weddings
Restroom trailers need power, water and early booking. Wedding restroom options compares trailers, flushing units and mixed setups for 150 guests.
Festivals and races
Large crowds need accessible units in every cluster and pump-outs between sessions. See festival porta potty planning.

How long will you keep the porta potty?
Rental length decides how a porta potty is billed. A gathering of up to 4 days pays one flat event price. A short job of up to 7 days can use the weekly rate with one cleaning. Anything longer moves to 28-day billing with weekly service. A season simply runs on monthly billing from start to finish.
Which units can each service use?
Every service can use any of our six units. Standard units cover most jobsites and parties. Flushing units with sinks suit weddings and home use. Wheelchair-accessible units belong at public events and parks. Handwashing stations go wherever food is served. Restroom trailers and VIP units fit formal events with power nearby.

Questions about choosing a service
These questions come up when a job does not fit neatly into one box. A remodel with a party in the middle, a crew that doubles for a week, or a season that starts early. Each answer gives the short version first. Call Shawn if your job mixes more than one service.
My job is part construction, part party. Which service do I book?
Book the service that covers the longest need, then add to it. A remodel unit on 28-day billing can stay for the job, and event units can be added for the party weekend. Both go on one order, so delivery is charged once if they arrive together.
Can I switch from a short rental to a monthly one?
Call before your short rental ends and Shawn moves the unit to 28-day billing with weekly service. The unit stays where it is, so there is no second delivery. Anything longer than 7 days is cheaper on the monthly rate.
Do event units get cleaned during the rental?
Event units arrive cleaned and stocked, and there is no visit during the rental unless you book one. An extra service visit is $45 per unit. Festivals and multi-day events usually schedule pump-outs ahead of time.
Is the price per unit or for the whole order?
Unit rates are per unit, and delivery and pickup is one charge for the whole order. Your quote lists each unit, the delivery line, any service visits and the 6% sales tax, so the total is clear before you pay.
Who do I talk to if I need to change the setup?
You talk to Shawn, who plans the routes and dispatches the trucks. Call (814) 245-2757 Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., to add a unit, move a date or change the service schedule.
