About Shawn Rental Works
Shawn Rental Works is a locally owned porta potty rental company based at 2126 Filmore Ave in Erie, PA. Shawn answers the phone, plans the routes and runs the crew that delivers, cleans and picks up every unit.
Who runs Shawn Rental Works?
Shawn Rental Works is run by its owner, Shawn, from a yard at 2126 Filmore Ave on the Millcreek side of Erie. Shawn takes the calls, quotes every order and builds the daily delivery route. The same small crew delivers, services and picks up each porta potty, so nothing gets passed to a broker.
Erie renters often reach a national call center when they search for a porta potty. The person on the phone cannot see the trucks, so the delivery day is a guess. Here, the person who quotes your order is the person who schedules it.
That is why we can offer same-day delivery in the Erie area when you call by 11 a.m. Shawn knows which truck has room before he says yes.

What do we promise every renter?
Every renter gets four promises from Shawn Rental Works. You get one itemized price before you pay. You get a delivery day we can keep. Your unit arrives cleaned and stocked. Monthly units are serviced every week. If we miss any of these, call Shawn directly at the number on every page.
| Promise | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| One itemized price | Unit, delivery and pickup, service and 6% PA sales tax on one quote. No fuel surcharge, card fee or removal fee added later. |
| A real delivery day | Same day in the Erie core zone when you order by 11 a.m., Monday to Saturday. The driver texts about 30 minutes before arrival. |
| Clean on arrival | Tank pumped, seat and touch points scrubbed, fresh deodorizer, toilet paper and sanitizer stocked. |
| Weekly service | Every monthly rental gets a weekly pump-out, scrub and restock. Big crews can add a second visit. |
| Straight answers | If a standard unit is all you need, we say so. If your ZIP is too far for today, we say that too. |

How do we clean a porta potty?
Every porta potty service visit follows the same five steps. The crew pumps the waste tank, scrubs the seat, urinal and walls, wipes the door handle and latch, adds fresh blue deodorizer to the tank, and restocks toilet paper and sanitizer. Deluxe units and handwashing stations also get fresh water, soap and towels.
Waste goes to a licensed treatment facility, never to a field or a storm drain. In winter the tank also gets a non-freezing charge, because Erie lake-effect storms can freeze a tank overnight.
