This policy explains what Shawn Rental Works collects through erieportapottyrentals.com and by phone, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What information do we collect?
The quote form collects six details: delivery ZIP code, phone number, delivery date, pickup date, unit type and quantity, and guest or crew size. When you book, we also collect your name, delivery address, email if you give one, and payment card details. We collect nothing else on purpose through this website.
How is the information used?
Shawn Rental Works uses your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental. We may text or call about that order, such as a delivery heads-up or a service reminder. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking first.
Who else handles my information?
Two outside services handle form and payment data. Quote form messages are delivered to us through Web3Forms, which passes the form to our email. Card payments are handled by our card processor, and we do not keep full card numbers on paper or in email. Each service follows its own privacy policy.
Our website may use basic analytics to count visits to each page. These tools use cookies to measure traffic, not to identify you. You can block cookies in your browser and the site still works.
How long do we keep it, and how do I delete it?
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 7 years for invoices. Quote requests that never became orders are deleted within 12 months. To see, correct or delete your information, call (814) 245-2757 or write to 2126 Filmore Ave, Erie, PA 16506.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for adults arranging a rental and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through the quote form, call us and we will delete that information promptly after confirming the request with you.
