How fast can a porta potty reach Fairview?
A porta potty can reach Fairview the same day when you order by 11 a.m., Monday to Saturday. Fairview is about 10 miles west of our Filmore Ave yard. The truck runs out US-20 or West Lake Road (PA-5), so most Fairview drops happen the same afternoon with no rush fee.
Most Fairview addresses use ZIP 16415. That ZIP covers Fairview Township and Fairview Borough, plus the villages along the lake and the county roads to the south.
Delivery and pickup is the $49 core-zone line, charged once per order. Weekend events get a Friday drop-off and a Monday pickup at no extra cost.
Which unit fits a Fairview job?
The right Fairview unit depends on the lot and the guests. Fairview has bigger yards than most of the Erie area, so it hosts a lot of backyard weddings and large family parties. New home builds south of US-20 need monthly jobsite units. Lakefront gatherings need a unit staked against the wind.
| Fairview job | Unit that fits | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Backyard wedding on acreage | Restroom trailer or deluxe flushing units | Trailer needs a 110V/20A outlet and a hose within 50 ft |
| New home build | Standard unit, 28-day rate | Soft clay after thaw; ask for a gravel spot |
| Lakefront party off West Lake Road | Standard or deluxe, staked | Wind off the bluff |
| Church or farm-market event | Standard units plus a handwashing station | Add a wheelchair-accessible unit for the public |
A 150-guest, 6-hour wedding with a bar needs 7 standard units, or one restroom trailer plus 3 standard units. The wedding restroom page walks through both setups.
Which Fairview communities do we serve?
We serve every Fairview community in ZIP 16415, from the lakeshore villages to the farm roads below I-90. That includes Fairview Borough, the township around it, the villages of Avonia and Swanville, and the Manchester area. The table rate and same-day timing are the same anywhere inside Fairview Township.
We serve within Fairview
- Fairview Borough
- Fairview Township
- Avonia
- Swanville
- Manchester area
- Walnut Creek area
- West Lake Road (PA-5)
- Ridge Road (US-20)
- Sterrettania Road
- Route 98 corridor
The Walnut Creek and Manchester area draws crowds during steelhead season. Fishing club events and stream cleanups there sometimes need a unit near a parking area, with the landowner's permission.
What ground and weather should Fairview renters plan for?
Fairview renters should plan for lake wind on the bluffs and soft clay on farm ground. The lots along West Lake Road face Lake Erie, so we stake units there. Fields and new building lots south of US-20 turn soft after the spring thaw, and a loaded truck can sink.
Point us to a driveway edge, a gravel pad or firm grass. Tell us about septic lines and sprinkler heads before the truck crosses the yard.
For a restroom trailer on a wedding lawn, walk the route first. The trailer runs 12 to 16 feet long and needs truck access on firm ground.
Who handles porta potty permits in Fairview?
Fairview porta potty permit questions go to one of two offices, because Fairview Township and Fairview Borough are separate municipalities. On your own Fairview lot, a unit usually needs no permit. For a unit on a road, in a park or at a public event, call the office for the side of the line you are on.
The borough is small, so most Fairview addresses sit in the township. If you are not sure which one you live in, your tax bill names the municipality.
Public events should also plan at least 1 wheelchair-accessible unit per cluster. See the wheelchair-accessible unit for space needs.

Fairview porta potty questions
These Fairview porta potty questions cover backyard weddings on big lots, restroom trailers, new-build sites, the township and borough split, and lake wind. Each answer is written for ZIP 16415. For anything else about a Fairview address, a single call to Shawn settles it.
Can a restroom trailer go in my Fairview backyard for a wedding?
A restroom trailer fits a Fairview backyard when the ground is firm and level and the truck can reach it. It needs a dedicated 110V/20A outlet and a garden hose within 50 feet. Book 2 or more weeks ahead, and earlier in wedding season.
We are building a house south of Route 20. When should the unit arrive?
The unit should arrive when the first crew starts digging. Use the 28-day rate with weekly service, and we set it near the driveway cut. Call 1 business day before you want it gone, since jobsite units are not picked up automatically.
Is Fairview Borough priced differently than the township?
The borough and the township get the same price and the same timing. Both are in the core zone, with $49 delivery and pickup and no rush fee for same-day orders by 11 a.m.
How many flushing units does a 100-guest backyard party need?
A 100-guest party up to 4 hours needs 2 units by our count. Deluxe flushing tanks last roughly 50 to 75 flushes, so pair them with a standard unit or book a refill for a long party. Use the porta potty calculator for your exact headcount.
Will you deliver to a lakefront cottage in Avonia?
Lakefront cottages in Avonia get the same same-day delivery as the rest of Fairview. Narrow lanes and steep lots are common there, so text us a photo of the spot. We stake the unit if it faces the lake.
Which nearby pages help Fairview renters?
Fairview renters often compare costs, check the towns next door or price a trailer. Girard and Lake City sit west on US-20, and Millcreek sits east toward our yard. These pages cover what a Fairview order costs and how delivery works in each neighboring town.
